I haven't tried the Blood Magic sigil with mystical agriculture but I would imagine that it works the same way the ring/agricarnation/growth crystals do, but takes much more setup to automate and uses blood (life essence?) as fuel. I don't remember how the ring from AA works but I remember using it with mystical agriculture before (in a different pack) so that is a very good option that I completely forgot about.
